Day 17


After church we sometimes go for coffee, so today I paid for coffee for the family.We went to the chocolate cafe in Howick. I know that they appreciated this because they all said thanks.

Day 16

Today I made lunch for the family. It was filled rolls and I know that they appreciated it cause they said thanks.

Day 15


When it's raining my cat brings all the mud inside so today I made a difference by wiping her paws so that she didn't trapes the mud all through the house.

This morning I made breakfast for my sister. I know that she appreciated this because she said thanks.It also helped her because she was running a bit late so it helped her out. I felt good after I had done this cause I know I had done something to help out.

This morning I helped a person who was lost at our school and then showed her the way to the reception.I also helped Cindy.C by writing out her spelling words for her to learn this week because she was busy marking other peoples blog pages. I know these people appreciated this because it helped them out.

Today I hung out the washing for my Mum. I know that she appreciated it because she said thanks.

Usually when Dad asks me to give him a head massage, I say I'm busy or come up with an excuse. Today I asked him if he wanted a head massage and gave him one for 5 minuetes

Today when I had 20 cents left over at the tuckshop, I brought a marshmellow for 20 cents and gave it to my friend. I know she appreciated this because she said thanks.

Tonight I made dinner for the whole family. Mum , Dad and my sister Maria siad thankyou to me and now I feel tired.

tonight I helped by helping with my sisters homework.I typed out a full page for her.I know she appreciated it because she said " thanks you saved my life". Now I feel great because I know that I've helped out.

Today I made a difference by tiding the kitchen bench before Mum got home. I usually dont do this and its a mess when she gets home.I know I helped out because she said thanks. This makes me feel really good.

Day One 27 March


Tonight I helped Mum make dinner.I knew she appreciated this becuase she had just come home from work ,and she showed her appreciation by saying thanks.

What makes a Good Citizen
A good citizen is someone who cares and looks out for other people . They are kind to others and respect their religion, culture and race. A Good citizen treats others the way they want to be treated and encourages and is a co-operative and generous towards others.
